ustomer Service Agent - 6 month fixed term contract - Dutch or Polish Speaking
Our client, a leading global organisation based in Hampshire is now looking for Customer Service Agents to join their existing product support team on a 6 month fixed term basis based at their UK headquarters in Southampton.
Reporting in to the Consumer Support Manager, individuals will be responsible for providing both telephone and email support to customers on a range of location devices and assisting them in new software downloads and updates.
Our client is looking for individuals who are fluent in Dutch or Polish both written and verbal and can demonstrate previous commercial experience of working within a customer service capacity within a call centre, retail or hospitality arena. Individuals most also possess a technical aptitude for technology and have a good basic knowledge of PC’s and software.
Our client is offering a salary of £15,000 per annum together with associated benefits including Contributory Pension Scheme, Private Medical, Denplan, Share Purchase Scheme, Child Care Vouchers, Educational Assistance and 20 days holiday increasing to 25 days with service.
