Are you fluent in Polish ?
Have you you got high levels of customer service? Have you got experience in working to targets? As a Technical support agent you will be required to provide solutions to support problems efficiently by troubleshooting wireless data problems in accordance with defined targets and procedures.
Other responsibilities are
•Resolving queries in a knowledgeable and professional manner
•Accurately log query information into Trouble Ticket system provided
•Be proactive about own development (e.g. undertake product familiarisation)
•Completing value added activities
•Understanding customer care and applying to calls
•Maintain a high standard in personal KPI targets as defined
•Share knowledge gained with team to improve interactions with customers/clients
You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ideally you will have a previous call centre or Helpdesk background although training, and ongoing support will be given
.Salary: £16,000 per annum + £1500 bonus
Hours: Monday-Friday 8.00am – 8.00pm on a rota system. 37.5 hours per week. Parking onsite available
