Our client based in Poole is seeking 2 Polish Swedish speaking Customer Service Feedback Advisors to join their team.

The roles will initially involve promoting the company to existing clients. They are very big on personal responsibility so you will be dealing with decision makers direct from day one. It's a thrilling ride which will sharpen your instincts in customer service and expectation management.

You will be required to speak to customers who have been exposed to the Customer Services team to gain their feedback on the service that they received through a verbal questionnaire.

As the role and your skills progress you will be given more responsibility.

This client likes to train their own people; everything you achieve here will be based on merit only, and not on seniority. Promotion to a permanent position will happen fast or slowly depending entirely on you and your drive, motivation and commitment to self-improvement and the success of this new department.

Starting salary is £8.21 per hour
Open hours are - 8am - 8pm, 37.5 hours a week - 7.5 hours a week, anything over this is overtime at time and a half.

We are looking to attract an individual, ideally with some previous telephone customer services experience who is able to start on temporary on going contract either on the 15th of 22nd of November.

Fluency in the chosen languages is essential, with previous customer service experience, ideally the ability to pick up technical terminology with in the IT / Telecoms industry sector. What you do need are very high innate abilities in the following areas: communication and persuasion, dedication and hard work, and a sense of personal commitment to grow and improve.
