We are currently looking for a Renewals Specialist to join a global IT security software specialist based in Basingstoke. Responsibilities for this position will include outbound renewal calls and emails, courtesy calls, up-selling and cross-selling to existing customers, and other duties as assigned.
We are looking for a motivated, tech-savvy individual who is comfortable making outbound calls and is independently motivated. The successful candidate will also possess strong customer service skills, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.
Skills/Requirements:
* Excellent customer service and telephone sales skills; excellent listener, communicator, self-managed- self motivated, driver-type person.
* Experience with renewals, up-selling and cross-selling
* Able to make 40+ calls per day
* Strong time management skills a must
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate to advanced skills in Salesforce or equivalent sales management tools
* College degree preferable
* Must speak Russian Polish or Latvian,
