Customer Services Team Leader
Our client, a global recognised brand are now looking for an experienced Customer Services Team Leader to join their busy product support call centre within their UK headquarters based in Southampton.
Reporting in to the Consumer Support Manager, the successful individual will be responsible for the coaching and guidance of Product Support Associates including 1-2-1’s and yearly appraisals; ongoing review of the processes employed by the group with the aim to maintain efficiency and a targeted performance; ensuring that telephone, email and postal enquiries from customers are responded to in a timely efficient manner and resolve escalated customer service issues or make the decision to refer it on to the Support Manager.
Our client is looking for individuals who can demonstrate a proven track record of working within a Team Leader, Supervisor or Senior Agent capacity within a busy and demanding call centre, helpdesk or customer service centre environment and be comfortable with technology to a basic standard such as mobile phones, iPads, PC’s and installing new hardware or software. Individuals must possess their own transport due to our client’s location.
Individuals who are fluent in a foreign language preferably Polish or Dutch would be of distinct interest to our client, though not essential.
Our client is offering a salary of £18,000 together with associated benefits including Contributory Pension Scheme, Private Medical, Denplan, Share Purchase Scheme, Child Care Vouchers, Educational Assistance and 20 days holiday increasing to 25 days with service.
