Our client, a leading global organisation based in Hampshire are now looking for a Product Support Supervisor to supervise their busy support team of 20 employees based at their UK headquarters in Southampton.
Reporting in to the Consumer Support Manager, the successful individual will be responsible for the coaching and guidance of Product Support Associates including 1-2-1’s and yearly appraisals; regularly review the processes employed by the group with the aim to maintain efficiency and a targeted performance; ensuring that telephone, email and postal enquiries from customers are responded to in a timely efficient manner and resolve escalated customer service issues or make the decision to refer it on to the Support Manager.
To be considered for this position it is essential that the right individual lives a commutable distance to the office on the outskirts of Southampton and has previously worked within a Team Leader, Supervisor or management capacity in a call centre or similar environment. Individuals must also possess a technical aptitude for technology and have a good basic knowledge of PC’s and software.
Individuals who are fluent in a foreign language preferably Polish or Dutch would be of distinct interest to our client although this is not essential.
Our client is offering a salary of £18,000 together with associated benefits including Contributory Pension Scheme, Private Medical, Denplan, Share Purchase Scheme, Child Care Vouchers, Educational Assistance and 20 days holiday increasing to 25 days with service.
